We supply large quantities of fresh whole peeled beetroot and carrot to the UK soup and fresh salad market, in a variety of packaging options. This can then be diced or shredded to meet specific requirements. Some customers prefer to use fresh veg in season and frozen veg out of season and we regularly supply both.

To ensure a steady supply of fresh whole peeled vegetables, we have a network of growers across the UK. This helps to minimise the impact of sudden crop failures in one area of the country.
