Packing

Product can be packed in a variety of formats, to suit both manufacturing, wholesale and retail requirements.

Our own crops are packed in one continuous process, which includes cleaning, sorting, freezing and packaging in 160 micron blue food grade sacks, thermally printed and heat-sealed.

Bulk product can be supplied in 10kg/15kg/20kg or 25kg sacks or in one tonne palletainers, or repacked to whatever format is required.

Retail packs in clear co-ex metallocene film or white tri freeze 50-60micron film can be supplied, in all sizes from 454g to 2.5kg.

These can be printed in two to eight colours to the customer’s own specification and are heat-sealed and packed in cartons.
