JE Hartley is proud to offer a range of services on site. With our sophisticated mixing plant where product can be batch mixed specifically to the client’s own recipe, through to our on site storage facilities, and varying packaging formats, we can accommodate your needs.

Packing
We have a retailer approved packing hall which enables us to pack significant volumes of bulk product into boxed and labelled pillow packs of all sizes.
Mixing
Hartleys purpose built mixing facility will blend any number of components to a tight percentage tolerance. We can then pack accordingly.
Sorting
We developed our sorting capability for Heinz who have very high demands on contamination elimination and control. This can be offered as a service to all our customers.
Storage
Hartleys currently stores a range of frozen and ambient products for ten third party customers. We also offer a picking and destacking service as well as pallet inversion.
