Many of the 60 staff in our processing facility have been part of the Hartley’s team for over 20 years. This consistency and experience is reflected in the quality and consistency of our produce.
Our farm in Yorkshire is also managed by Paul Saxon who loves it like his own. This hands-on approach means a greater degree of personal involvement and responsibility, and a team that genuinely cares about the standard of the final product. We’re proud to say that this personal approach extends to over 30 farms around the UK, and over 20 hand-picked suppliers across Europe.
As a leading supplier, we also appreciate the role we play in the local community and regularly organise fund-raising charity events and local apprenticeships.
