In his 40th Pea season William has forgotten more than most people get to know about growing and vining of this wonderful crop. Although winding down a bit these days he likes to keep his hand in on the farm especially when it comes to marketing the commodity crops.
Favorite veg: Yorksire peas from Hartleys farms and parsnips alongside a traditional roast. Fantastic.
