Tom is in charge of buying & selling our produce as well as general and benevolent bossing at Hartley’s. He’s very good at asking nicely, drinks de-caf coffee and is fastidious about picking up litter. He also roasts the pig at the annual summer party.
Favourite veg: Raw carrots & celery, also partial to frozen B grade Oasis peas, 8.75mm for any pea anoraks reading this.
