Mike is the diplomat of the company. He’s the link between the growers and the customers—ensuring that the crops are harvested and processed at the right time and at the right price & condition for our retail customers. He processes our orders, specifications and packaging. He’s strengths are organization and tenacity.
Favourite Veg: the much maligned sprout—he likes them roasted and seasoned with seasalt.
