If anything goes wrong, John will fix it. He’s in charge of all the day to day engineering, making sure all our machinery works perfectly, spares are ordered and machines are regularly repaired. John’s very good at predicting when things will go wrong and heading off disaster.
Favourite veg: the humble garden pea, as it’s so versatile, they go with just about anything.
